Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. Last week, the Urban Institute released the paper, Filling Public Data GapsOpportunities and Challenges in Using Private-Sector Data for Racial Equity.  In this report, they explore the current landscape of public-private data-sharing partnerships that address topic areas where racial equity research faces data gaps: wealth and assets, financial well-being and income, and employment and job quality.
