Building Equity | Equitable Real Estate Development Strategies for Weak Markets
This past week, Greater Ohio Policy Center (GOPC) and Lincoln Insititute of Land Policy released a white paper, Building Equity: Equitable Real Estate Development Strategies for Weak Markets. This paper disucssed the need for improvement of legacy cities regarding the real estate market. This paper also gives suggested interventions for cities to use to help develop better proceses.
