Kimberly Sharp, AICP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development for the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), providing long-term infrastructure planning, joint development and real estate expertise to the transit agency. Thanks to the Central Ohio region for voting yes on LinkUS, there is momentum in building a more robust transit system for years into the future and "Moving Every Life Forward". Before her 6 years with COTA, Kim was the Planning Director for the City of Westerville, and previous to that the Comprehensive Planning Manager for Flagstaff, Arizona. Beginning July 2025, Kimberly will serve as the Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Columbus chapter. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
