The GIS Club launched a story map competition at last night's meeting. 

All OSU students are eligible to enter, and maps can be on any topic that interests you. Tell us the story of your hometown, your hobbies, your research, or anything else that interests you. We want to see your best work!

Check out the story map our summer interns, Megan Hurley, and Tori Darah, created for Chadwick Arboretum and Learning Gardens.

Submit the link to your story map along with your name, department, and OSU email address to Julia Elmer at the GIS Club by Friday, November 15, 2013.

Winners will be announced and Amazon gift card prizes will be awarded at the GIS Club's end-of-year party from 4-6 PM on Wednesday, November 20th, in Cartoon Room 1 on the third floor of the Ohio Union. Winning maps will also be posted here on the website of the Center for Urban and Regional Analysis.
