In the News: Ohio State study finds bus rapid transit can boost value of apartments, condos
This last week, CURA director, Harvey Miller, was featured in the Columbus Dispatch regarding a study he co-published in the Journal of Transport Geography. This study fills substantial gaps in the literature about the impact of BRT on property values. This Dispatch article highlighted some of the transportation initiatives that have been done in other Ohio cities such as Cleveland.
