Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

In the News: Innovative Pathways to a Comprehensive Eviction Dataset

In a recent blog post, New America highlighted their work with CURA and the JusticeTech program at the Moritz College of Law within the Eviction Data Response Network. Through this partnership, JusticeTech has developed a code that pulls detailed eviction records directly from the court system and CURA has started some preliminary spatial analysis. Moving forward, the team hopes to share insights from this research with the public and to develop tools to further eviction prevention efforts. Read more in the blog post below!
