Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

In The News: Could the New Downtown Plan Lead to Changes with Downtown Streets?

This weekend, CURA director, Harvey Miller, was interviewed for an article in Columbus Underground. This article highlighted the efforts of past and present Columbus City Mayor to promote downtown. This article also looked at transportation in the downtown area and ways that Columbus could improve roadways for various transportation modes. 

"Studies have shown that the big benefits from bike lanes result from the network effects. People ride a lot more when separate bike lanes are interconnected into a network since it makes the system useful for getting around town.” -Harvey Miller
