In September, CURA welcomed Gerika Logan as the new Outreach Coordinator. 

As the CURA Outreach Coordinator, Gerika connects researchers, students, instructors, planners, policy makers, and others interested in urban and data science.  By investing the time to understand the problems our partners are trying to solve, Gerika can offer expert recommendations on how CURA can help solve those problems. Gerika also manages CURA's guest speaker series and other events. She also serves as the voice of CURA for our email newsletter and social media outlets.

Gerika is a Columbus native and obtained her Master of City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University, and her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Ohio University. Gerika's area of expertise includes city and regional planning, community outreach, and organization communications.
