CURA is excited to welcome the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future and the 2013 Urban Affairs Association Best Book Award winner to speak at OSU during the upcoming semester.

Anne Palmer and Amanda Behrens from the Center for a Livable Future at Johns Hopkins University will speak about their work on Thursday, January 23, 2014, from 3:30-5:00 PM in Derby 1080. This event is co-sponsored with the Agroecosystems Management Program and the Food Mapping Team of the Food Innovation Center at OSU.

Then, Rachael Woldoff, Associate Professor of sociology at West Virginia University and winner of the 2013 Best Book Award from the Urban Affairs Association, will speak on Thursday, February 27, 2014, from 3:30-5:00 PM in Derby 1080. Dr. Woldoff received her PhD in Sociology from Ohio State in 2003.
